DR. JOE GARMON
Dr. Garmon is the Owner|Director of Psychological Center. He has over 30 years of experience providing therapy with individuals and couples as well as in the assessment and treatment of psychological and emotional disorders including, but not limited to, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Having spent over 15 years pastoring churches, he provides clinical services within a spiritual context. Dr. Garmon also works as a Psychological Consultant with the State of Georgia, and supervises interns and residents in training. In his free time, he like to travel with his wife Edie or play with his Irish Wolfhound, Riley.

DR. PHILIP J. DUBOSE, JR
A licensed Psychologist since 1998, Dr. DuBose has been practicing in Georgia since 2001. He works with the Psychological Center providing Social Security and Vocational evaluations. He maintains a private practice at Thomasville Family Medicine, where he provides individual and couple’s therapy, as well as psychological evaluation and testing. He works with clients of all ages.

JOE GARMON, MS, LAPC
Mr. Garmon has worked as vocational evalutator, psychometrist, and therapist for the past 15 years. He specializes in working with teens and married couples in therapy. In his spare time he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

DR. Kwaku Oppong
Supervising psychiatrist Kwaku Oppong, MD, graduated from The American University of Antigua College of Medicine to obtain his medical degree.

DR. LISA LOWE, PMHNP
Lisa Lowe is a Nurse Practitioner Specialist in Thomasville, Georgia. She has been practicing as a nurse since 1995 and graduated the Nurse Practitioner program with honors in 2017. She received her doctorate of nurse practice from Georgia State University in 2020. She practices at Psychological Center, Archbold Emergency Department, and teaches part time at Valdosta State University. She is completing her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program at Valdosta State University.
