We accept and are in-network with most major insurance companies including, but not limited to: BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Medicaid, Peachcare, Wellcare, Magellan, Tricare, some Aetna Plans, United Healthcare, Med Mutual, Archbold, and Medicare.

NOTE: Some of the providers on our PSYCHIATRY team are not In-Network with United Healthcare. Please let us know what insurance you have so we can schedule appropriately.

Price for Self Pay Medication Management
Initial Visit $125 | Follow Up Visit $75

We offer payment plans and reduced payments on a case by case basis. It is the client’s responsibility to contact our office if there are any insurance changes or requests for discounted fees.

All self-pay clients will be expected to pay on the date of service.
